Our managers, BetteRose Ryan and Michele Poague, with decades of experience, produce great conferences, special events, fundraisers, and conventions from the ground up, leaving little for you or your organization to do but enjoy your event.

Our Creative & Business Team

BetteRose Ryan's expertise includes budgeting, scheduling, speaker negotiations, transportation and accommodations arrangements, registrations, accounting, meal planning, and development of theme concepts. She has also worked with hotel negotiations, fund raising, graphic design, data base managment, and volunteer coordination.

Michele Poague's expertise includes event catering, hotel negotiations, exhibit hall layout design, vendor negotiations, data base management, decorating company negotiations, volunteer coordination, fundraising, graphics, ad layout, and contractor negotiations. She also works with budgeting, registrations, and accounting.
